Welcome to uDomina — the web home of Domina, a social, dating and community platform for people interested in female-led relationships, power exchange, meaningful dating, friendship, and community. By creating an account or using Domina on any platform (web, Android, iOS) you agree to these terms.

Adults only (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use Domina — no exceptions. We may suspend accounts pending age review and remove any account that misrepresents age. One account per person; you are responsible for activity on your account.

The nature of the service

Domina hosts user-generated content and real-world social contact between adults. Meeting people — online or in person — carries risk. We do not run background checks and cannot vouch for any member. Read the Safety Center before meeting anyone, and make consent and boundaries explicit in every interaction.

Consent, respect and conduct

Consent is mandatory everywhere on Domina: in messages, photos, posts, groups, chatrooms and anything you arrange through the platform. Harassment, coercion, hate speech, threats, doxxing, non-consensual content, and sexualized content involving anyone under 18 (real or depicted) are prohibited and lead to removal and, where appropriate, reports to authorities. See the Community Guidelines.

No commercial sexual services

Domina is a community, not a marketplace. Advertising, soliciting, or arranging paid sexual services, "tributes required to reply," pay-per-session arrangements, or off-platform payment handles in profiles, posts, or messages is prohibited.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post and grant Domina the non-exclusive licence needed to host, display and distribute it within the service. Don’t post anything illegal, infringing, or that isn’t yours to share. Public areas (the Dungeon, public groups, public profiles) may be visible to signed-out visitors and search engines.

Virtual items — Coins and Gift Credits

Coins, virtual gifts, and Gift Credits are optional digital items. They are licensed to you, not sold; they have no cash value, cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for money, and never purchase replies, matches, meetings, content, services, or access to another member. Details in the Virtual Gifts & Coins Terms.

Purchases, subscriptions and refunds

VIP subscriptions and Coin purchases are processed by Apple or Google Play inside the mobile apps and are subject to their store terms; the website sells nothing today. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or the store’s own policies. Subscription management and cancellation happen in your app-store account settings.

Creator Rewards

Domina may award discretionary quarterly bonuses to approved eligible creators based on legitimate community contribution, support activity, account standing, and available program funds. Creator Rewards are governed by the Creator Rewards Terms; nothing in the ordinary service converts Coins, gifts, or activity into money.

Moderation, suspension and termination

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law — with or without notice depending on severity. You can appeal moderation decisions via Support.

Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including the private handling of Compatibility Profile answers.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time — see Account Deletion. Deletion removes your profile from the service; residual copies may persist briefly in backups and moderation records as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domina disclaims warranties and limits liability for user conduct, content, and interactions arranged through the platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law
