Creator Rewards Terms

1. The program
Domina Creator Rewards (“the Program”) is an optional, discretionary bonus program. Domina may award periodic creator bonuses to approved eligible members based on eligibility, legitimate community contribution, support activity, account standing, available program funds, fraud review, and final approval. The Program is not employment, not a partnership, not an investment, and not a payment for content, replies, meetings, sessions, services, or access of any kind.
2. Eligibility
- 18 years or older at application and at all times in the Program.
- An active Domina account in good standing.
- Compliance with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Residence in an eligible country. Eligible countries will be listed on this page before rewards are activated.
- No suspension, ban, or unresolved enforcement action.
- No fake engagement, self-gifting, linked accounts, bots, or fraudulent transactions.
- Completion of identity, tax, and payout verification if selected.
3. Application and review
Applications are reviewed for account standing, age eligibility, community activity, support activity, moderation history, and other program factors. Domina may approve, reject, pause, request more information about, suspend, or revoke any application or eligibility at its discretion subject to these terms. Approval makes a member eligible for consideration — it is not a promise of selection or payment.
4. No guarantee
Nothing in the Program guarantees selection, a reward, a reward amount, or continued eligibility. Rankings, leaderboard positions, Coin totals, gift totals, and supporter counts do not automatically produce a reward. Estimated figures shown during a reward period are unconfirmed projections, not commitments.
5. Reward periods and settlement
Reward periods may run quarterly and may vary in timing, budget, and structure. After a period ends, Domina may apply an approximately 30-day settlement and review period covering refunds, chargebacks, reversals, fraud review, eligibility checks, and payout verification. Reward statuses may include: Submitted, Under Review, Approved for Eligibility, Not Currently Eligible, Estimated, Pending Settlement, Under Final Review, Approved, Paid, and Disqualified. Only Approved amounts that complete verification are paid.
6. Exclusions and disqualification
Refunded, charged-back, or reversed transactions; fraud; linked or coordinated accounts; self-gifting; bots; test activity; and promotional Coins are excluded from all Program calculations. Domina may disqualify any applicant or recipient for violations, may withhold or claw back amounts tied to excluded activity, and may report unlawful activity to authorities.
7. Virtual items are not cash
Coins and Gift Credits are optional virtual items with no cash value and are not redeemable for money. The Program does not convert Coins, gifts, or Gift Credits into cash; any bonus is a separate, discretionary payment funded by Domina.
8. Verification and taxes
Selected recipients must complete identity, tax, and payout verification through an approved secure provider before payment. Recipients are solely responsible for their own taxes and for the accuracy of the information they provide. Domina may withhold payment where verification fails or where required by law.
9. Changes, suspension, termination
Domina may modify, pause, or end the Program — including mid-period — and may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domina’s total liability connected to the Program is limited to amounts finally approved and unpaid, and Domina is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Apple and Google
Apple and Google are not sponsors, administrators, or parties to the Program in any way. The Program is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
12. Governing law
The governing law, dispute venue, and contracting entity for the Program will be published on this page before rewards are activated. Participation before that point does not create any payment obligation.
