Domina Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Effective date: August 2, 2026

Domina is an adults-only dating platform intended exclusively for people who are at least 18 years old. Domina explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any other content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

These standards apply to all Domina users and to all profiles, photographs, messages, links, conversations, and other content shared through the Domina platform.

1. Adults-Only Platform

Domina is intended exclusively for adults who are 18 years of age or older. People under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account, access Domina’s dating services, appear in user-generated content, or use Domina’s communication features.

Every account must provide a date of birth at sign-up, and Domina rejects registrations that indicate an age under 18. Domina may suspend, restrict, investigate, or permanently remove an account when there is reason to believe that the account belongs to, represents, or is being used to facilitate contact with a person under 18.

Users must not misrepresent their own age or the age of another person.

2. Prohibited Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Domina maintains zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. The following are prohibited on Domina:

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation
  • Child sexual abuse material, also known as CSAM
  • Sexual content involving or appearing to involve anyone under 18
  • Grooming or predatory attempts to establish sexual contact with a child
  • Sextortion involving a child
  • Sexual trafficking or recruitment involving a child
  • Soliciting sexual images, videos, conversations, or activity from a child
  • Creating, uploading, possessing, storing, requesting, purchasing, selling, exchanging, linking to, or distributing CSAM
  • Encouraging, normalizing, promoting, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of children
  • Using Domina to locate, contact, recruit, manipulate, exploit, threaten, or endanger a child
  • Misrepresenting a child as an adult
  • Sharing links, instructions, coded references, or contact information intended to facilitate child exploitation
  • Attempting to move conversations involving suspected child exploitation to another platform
  • Threatening to publish or distribute sexual material involving a child

This prohibition includes real, fictional, illustrated, digitally altered, computer-generated, and AI-generated content that depicts or appears to depict the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.

A claim that content is fictional, generated, altered, or intended as roleplay does not make prohibited child-exploitation content acceptable on Domina.

3. Reporting Child-Safety Concerns

Users should immediately report accounts, messages, photographs, links, conversations, or other behavior that may involve a person under 18, grooming, child sexual abuse, exploitation, sextortion, trafficking, or CSAM.

In the Domina app, you can report and block directly:

  • Report a profile: open the profile, tap the ⋯ options menu, choose Report, select a reason, and describe the concern in your own words. Reports go straight to Domina’s moderation team.
  • Report a message or conversation:open the other member’s profile from the conversation and use Report there, describing the messages of concern. You can also Block the member from the same menu to stop all contact immediately.
  • Report a photograph or other content: report the profile that displays the photograph, or use Report on the post in the Dungeon or in a group.
  • Report a person you believe is under 18: report the profile and state in the description that you believe the person is under 18.
  • Report grooming, predatory behavior, suspected exploitation, or CSAM: report the profile or content where it appeared and describe what you observed — or use the web form below, which offers dedicated child-safety categories.
  • Block:any member can be blocked from their profile’s options menu. Blocking stops messages, praise, and discovery visibility in both directions.

Do not download, screenshot, save, forward, attach, email, or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material. Report the account or location where the content appeared without copying or sharing the material.

4. Report a Child-Safety Concern

This form supplements Domina’s in-app reporting tools. It does not replace the ability to submit reports from within the Domina app, and it works without a Domina account.

Do not upload, attach, paste, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM through this form. Describe where the material appeared so Domina can investigate it through the appropriate internal process.

5. Domina’s Response and Enforcement

Domina reviews reported or detected conduct that may violate these standards. Depending on the circumstances, Domina may remove content, restrict account functionality, suspend an account, permanently terminate an account, preserve relevant account information where legally required, and report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

Domina may take immediate protective action when a report indicates a credible risk to a child or the presence of suspected CSAM.

Domina may cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement, child-protection organizations, and other legally authorized authorities.

6. Handling Suspected CSAM

When Domina becomes aware of suspected child sexual abuse material, Domina will take appropriate steps to prevent further access or distribution, preserve relevant information when legally required, investigate through authorized internal processes, and make reports to the appropriate child-protection or law-enforcement authority as required by applicable law.

Domina does not permit users to retain or redistribute suspected CSAM for the purpose of making a report.

7. Compliance With Child-Safety Laws

Domina complies with applicable laws and legal obligations concerning child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, CSAM, evidence preservation, and mandatory reporting.

Where legally required, Domina will report confirmed or suspected CSAM or child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, relevant regional authorities, or other legally designated organizations.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement immediately.

8. Child-Safety Point of Contact

Google Play, law enforcement, child-protection organizations, and users may contact Domina regarding potential child sexual abuse or exploitation concerns at: support@udomina.com

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

Child-safety reports may contain sensitive information. Domina limits access to these reports to authorized personnel and processes the information for safety, moderation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and related investigative purposes.

Information may be preserved or disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect a child, investigate suspected illegal activity, enforce Domina’s policies, or respond to a valid legal request.
